Finding a place of true quiet can be seriously challenging these days! Wherever we are it is hard to escape things going on in the distance, noises in the background, or people in the near vicinity.

As Mindfulness is all about focus, we can sometimes choose to use those noises to our advantage, and focus in on the quiet sounds that are often running in the backdrop of our lives.

    Even though I listened to this when I had a tickle in the back of my throat and the strong desire to cough it was still very relaxing. I have book marked so that I can do this again tomorrow morning to set myself up for the day. Thank you Lottie – very beneficial.
